A one-off 2 hour intensive session on your life situation where you feel stuck, frozen and confused
Service Description
Get clarity and emotional transformation in just 2 hours with this intensive session. For this session you need to be somewhat familiar with the terms like "parts work" and understanding what it means when we talk about different parts of your experience (get on a free call with me if you are not sure). If you have never done somatic therapy it's best to start with Embodied Processing sessions before you do this. In this session we map out all the parts that make up your confusing experience that can make you feel stuck, frozen or unable to make a decision, whether it's to do with your relationship, career choice, relocating, internal struggle, or anything else. This method can be used for any issue. We use grounding techniques to stay regulated and present, and finish the session off with finding a resolution. This is a powerful process that allows you to understand the mechanism that is running the same pattern inside of you, and allows you to take back control over time. I provide guidance on how to do that in the session. You will need a pencil or a pen and a piece of A4 white paper for the session and a good internet connection. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact me up to 24 hrs before the scheduled session time. Later cancellation up to the start time of the session will incur a fee of 50% of session cost subject to my discretion. No shows or cancellations during session time will incur a 100% session fee, subject to my discretion.
