If you are looking to dive deep into a journey of self-discovery to heal from trauma, resolve inner and relational conflicts, understand the reasons behind your unhappiness and suffering and transform those into creative solutions, energy and excitement - this package is for you. Over the course of 8 weeks, we will create a space where you can safely connect with the deep wisdom of your body and subconscious/Higher Self, combining the practice of Embodied Processing and the creative coaching methodology of Neurographica. By the end of our time together you will leave with a greater clarity on the next steps you have to take on your journey to wholeness and joy, tools to support you on your path, a renewed (or newly found) sense of sovereignty and autonomy over your own life, and excitement to create the life of health, love and abundance. The package inlcudes 5 Embodied Processing sessions, 4 Neurographica sessions, messages in between for support and guidance during our time together, and an optional extra support/coaching call. Both of these modalities are fantastic because they are not targeted at any specific issue - they are targeted at allowing you to re-establish a healthy relationship with the most important person in this world - you. From that space, healing comes naturally and solutions arise effortlessly, because we stop getting in the way of ourselves and our natural wisdom and vitality. So you can bring any issues and inquiries to the table, however I recommend to sticking to 1-2 goals/topics to stay focused and achieve a result at the end.
